Refund Policy

1. Overview
Because we sell digital subscriptions that are activated immediately, our refund policy is different from physical-goods stores. We focus on replacement first, refund second, and we always try to make things right.
2. Eligible for full refund
- The subscription has not been activated or delivered yet.
- We are unable to fulfil the order within 24 hours of payment.
- You were charged twice for the same order.
3. Replacement instead of refund
Once a subscription is activated, we provide a free replacement (not a cash refund) if the service stops working during the warranty period due to issues on our side.
4. Not eligible for refund
- Change of mind after activation.
- Account issues caused by sharing credentials with others.
- Provider-side policy changes outside of our control.
5. How to request
Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order ID and a short description. Most requests are resolved within a few hours.
