By using solutionzone.xyz or purchasing any product from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Orders & payment
All prices are listed in BDT and may change without notice. Orders are confirmed only after payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfil it.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not share, resell or sublicense subscriptions unless explicitly allowed by the plan.
- Do not use our services to violate the terms of any third-party provider (e.g. Netflix, Canva, OpenAI).
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or abuse our systems.
5. Warranty & limitation of liability
Subscriptions are covered by the warranty described on each product page. Beyond that warranty, Solution Zone is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
