- Every product sold on Solution Zone is a digital subscription or license.
- No physical items are ever shipped or couriered.
- Depending on the plan you choose, a product may be a Shared subscription or a Personal subscription.
- Features, screen limits, device limits and benefits vary from plan to plan — the exact details are listed on each product page.

Orders & Payments
- Orders are processed only after successful payment verification.
- Incorrect, incomplete or unverifiable payment information may delay processing.
- All prices are displayed in BDT and may change without prior notice.
- Solution Zone reserves the right to cancel and refund any order that appears fraudulent, duplicated, or in violation of these terms.

- Do not perform actions that may suspend, ban or damage the delivered account (such as changing the email, password or recovery details unless explicitly allowed).
- Any misuse may immediately void your warranty and support eligibility without a refund.

- Warranty does not cover any issues caused by customer misuse, rule violations or third-party actions.
